    Robyn invites you to join her in one of her community classes, groups or practice circles to help promote collective hope, ease, stress and anxiety management and introduce some happiness, harmony, joy and healing into your life. 

    Meditation is a lifelong journey - not just a one-day practice.

  • Gig Harbor Classes

    2nd & 4th Sundays Monthly at 11:30 AM

    $10-$20 suggested offering

    All are welcome - beginners and seasoned meditators alike.

    Robyn's teachings are influenced by the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the Mindful Self-Compassion program created by Kristin Neff, PhD and Christopher Germer, PhD and her life's practice and study of mindfulness teachings from various traditions.

    An opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation with others. There will be a little bit of guidance at the beginning and an occasional prompt to bring your attention back to the present moment. This is meant for people who have meditated before and just want to build or establish a more regular practice. If you wish to learn to meditate, please join our Mindfulness Meditation drop-in classes on Sunday mornings.
