Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-9:30 AM: 30-minute silent meditation (with a little bit of guidance at the beginning and the reading of a poem or two). Monday night Meditations (in person & online) at 7:00 PM, Thursday night Sangha/Meditation at 6:30 PM (via Zoom) and Eastside Meditation Society on 1st & 3rd Thursdays 7-8:30PM. - Luminous Dharma: Weekly Meditation (Instruction/Introduction to different meditation methods/practices) & Discussion (via Zoom)
